Tietosuojaseloste
Tämä seloste kertoo, mitä tietoja Hanslari-sovellus ja tämä verkkosivusto käsittelevät, miksi, missä ja kuinka kauan – sekä mitä oikeuksia sinulla on EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukaan.
1Rekisterinpitäjä ja yhteystiedot
Rekisterinpitäjä on Kuljento (Suomi), Hanslari-sovelluksen kehittäjä ja julkaisija.
Kaikki tietosuojaan liittyvät kysymykset ja pyynnöt (esimerkiksi pääsy-, oikaisu- tai poistopyynnöt) lähetetään sähköpostitse osoitteeseen, joka on tämän sivun alalaidassa. Vastaamme pyyntöihin viimeistään kuukauden kuluessa. Voimme joutua varmistamaan, että pyyntö tulee tilin haltijalta, jotta tietoja ei luovuteta väärälle henkilölle.
2Lyhyesti
- Hanslari kirjaa työaikasi automaattisesti, kun saavut tallentamallesi työmaalle ja lähdet sieltä.
- Sijaintia verrataan puhelimessa omiin työmaihisi. Reittejä tai sijaintihistoriaa ei tallenneta eikä lähetetä palvelimelle.
- Sovellusta voi käyttää ilman tiliä, jolloin tiedot ovat vain puhelimessa. Vapaaehtoisella tilillä tiedot synkronoidaan EU:ssa (Tukholma) sijaitsevalle palvelimelle.
- Ei mainoksia, ei analytiikkaa, ei seuranta-SDK:ita. Emme myy emmekä jaa tietojasi kenellekään.
- Voit poistaa tilisi ja kaikki palvelimella olevat tietosi milloin tahansa sovelluksessa tai verkossa.
3Käsiteltävät tiedot
Käsittelemme vain tietoja, joita sovelluksen toiminta edellyttää. Sarake ”Missä” kertoo, säilyykö tieto vain puhelimessasi vai myös palvelimella. Palvelimelle tallentuu tietoja vain, jos olet kirjautunut sisään omalla tilillä.

Emme pyydä nimeäsi, sähköpostiosoitettasi, puhelinnumeroasi emmekä henkilötunnustasi. Käyttäjätunnuksen voit valita vapaasti – suosittelemme, ettei se sisällä koko nimeäsi, koska se näkyy palautechatissa muille käyttäjille.
4Sijainti ja automaattinen seuranta
Liikkeitäsi ei seurata. Sijaintia käytetään puhelimessa vain sen selvittämiseen, oletko jollakin omalla tallennetulla työmaallasi. Reittejä, jatkuvaa sijaintihistoriaa tai koordinaattejasi ei tallenneta eikä lähetetä palvelimelle.
Näin seuranta toimii
- Jokaisen tallennetun työmaan ympärille asetetaan Androidin geoaitaus, jonka säde on 100 metriä. Geoaitauksen hoitaa puhelimen oma sijaintipalvelu (Google Play -palvelut), joten GPS ei ole päällä koko päivää.
- Kun puhelin ilmoittaa saapumisesta alueelle, sovellus hakee yhden tuoreen GPS-sijainnin ja varmistaa, että olet enintään 60 metrin päässä työmaasta. Vasta silloin työpäivä alkaa. Kun poistut alueelta, päivä päättyy.
- Vertailu tehdään puhelimessa. Lopputuloksena tallentuu vain työpäivä (alku, loppu, työmaa) sekä seurantalokiin etäisyys metreinä, sijainnin tarkkuus ja ajankohta – ei koordinaatteja.
- Seurantalokin tarkoitus on, että voit jälkikäteen nähdä, miksi päivä alkoi tai ei alkanut. Loki säilyy puhelimessa 21 päivää. Jos olet kirjautunut, se synkronoidaan palvelimelle ja säilyy siellä 60 päivää.
- Tallennetut työmaat (nimi, osoite, koordinaatit, tuntihinta, matka kotoa) synkronoidaan palvelimelle, jos olet kirjautunut, jotta ne siirtyvät mukanasi uuteen puhelimeen. Kotiosoitteesi pysyy puhelimessa.
Luvat
- Sovellus pyytää sijaintiluvan ja taustasijaintiluvan (”Salli aina”) vasta, kun olet lukenut selityksen siitä, mihin lupaa käytetään. Ilmoituslupaa käytetään työvaiheen kysymiseen ja seurannan tilan näyttämiseen.
- Voit perua luvat milloin tahansa puhelimen asetuksista. Silloin automaattinen kirjaus lakkaa toimimasta, mutta jo kirjatut tiedot säilyvät ja voit muokata päiviä käsin.
Kartta ja osoitehaku
- Sovelluksen kartta käyttää OpenStreetMapin karttatiiliä. Karttapalvelin näkee laitteesi IP-osoitteen ja sen, mitä karttaa (aluetta ja tarkkuutta) katselet, kuten missä tahansa verkkokartassa.
- Kun haet osoitetta tai sovellus täyttää osoitteen kartan kohdasta, haku tehdään Androidin omalla osoitehakupalvelulla (Geocoder). Useimmissa puhelimissa sen tarjoaa Google, jolloin hakusana tai kartan kohta välittyy Googlelle Googlen ehtojen mukaisesti.

Emme tee automaattisia päätöksiä tai profilointia, jolla olisi sinuun oikeudellisia tai vastaavia vaikutuksia. Sovellus laskee tunnit ja euromäärät vain sinun omaksi avuksesi.
6Mistä tiedot saadaan
Tiedot saadaan sinulta itseltäsi (esimerkiksi työmaat, työvaiheet ja chat-viestit) ja puhelimestasi (sijainti, laitemalli). IP-osoite välittyy teknisesti verkkoyhteyden muodostuessa. Emme hanki tietoja muista lähteistä.
7Vastaanottajat ja käsittelijät
Käytämme muutamaa palveluntarjoajaa, jotka käsittelevät tietoja puolestamme tai joiden kautta sovellus toimii. Emme luovuta tietoja muille, ellei laki sitä velvoita (esimerkiksi viranomaisen lakiin perustuva pyyntö).

8Siirrot EU:n ja ETA:n ulkopuolelle
- Sovelluksen tietokanta sijaitsee EU:ssa (Tukholma), eikä tietoja tallenneta pysyvästi EU:n ulkopuolelle.
- Supabase Inc. ja Netlify, Inc. ovat yhdysvaltalaisia yrityksiä. Jos niiden henkilöstö tai alihankkijat käsittelevät tietoja EU:n ulkopuolelta (esimerkiksi tuki- tai ylläpitotilanteissa), siirto perustuu EU:n komission hyväksymiin vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin ja niiden lisäksi tarvittaviin suojatoimiin, tai EU:n ja Yhdysvaltojen väliseen tietosuojakehykseen, jos palveluntarjoaja on siihen sitoutunut.
- Google voi käsitellä tietoja myös EU:n ulkopuolella. Google LLC on sitoutunut EU:n ja Yhdysvaltojen väliseen tietosuojakehykseen ja käyttää lisäksi vakiosopimuslausekkeita.
- Iso-Britanniaan (OpenStreetMap) siirtäminen perustuu EU:n komission tietosuojan riittävyyttä koskevaan päätökseen.

10Palautechat
- Palautechat on vain kirjautuneille käyttäjille. Viestisi näkyvät kaikille kirjautuneille käyttäjille käyttäjätunnuksesi kanssa. Älä kirjoita chattiin omia tai muiden henkilötietoja.
- Viestit tarkistetaan automaattisella sanasuodattimella ennen julkaisua. Käyttäjät voivat ilmoittaa asiattomasta viestistä ja estää toisen käyttäjän viestit. Kolme ilmoitusta piilottaa viestin, ja piilotetut viestit poistetaan 30 päivän kuluttua.
- Kuljento voi lukea chatin viestejä, ilmoituksia ja estoja moderointia ja palautteen käsittelyä varten. Säännöt ovat käyttöehdoissa.
11Sovelluspäivitykset
Google Playn kautta asennettu sovellus päivittyy Play-kaupan kautta. Vain Playn ulkopuolelta ladattava APK-versio tarkistaa ja lataa uudet versiot itse Supabasen tiedostopalvelusta. Päivitystarkistuksessa ei lähetetä henkilötietoja – vain tavallinen verkkopyyntö, jossa palvelin näkee teknisesti IP-osoitteen. Ladattu tiedosto tarkistetaan SHA-256-tiivisteen ja koon perusteella ennen asennusta.
12Tietoturva
- Kaikki yhteydet sovelluksen, sivuston ja palvelimen välillä ovat salattuja (HTTPS/TLS).
- Salasanat tallennetaan vain bcrypt-tiivisteinä. Istuntotunnisteista palvelimelle tallennetaan vain SHA-256-tiiviste, ja istunnot vanhenevat 90 päivän käyttämättömyyden jälkeen.
- Rivikohtaiset käyttöoikeudet (row level security) ja palvelimen funktiot estävät käyttäjiä näkemästä toistensa työtietoja.
- Toistuvia kirjautumisyrityksiä rajoitetaan käyttäjätunnus- ja IP-kohtaisesti. Salasanan vaihto kirjaa muut laitteet ulos.
- Kirjautumistunniste ei siirry puhelimen varmuuskopioihin eikä laitteesta toiseen siirrettäessä. Huomaa, että Androidin oma varmuuskopio (jos se on käytössä) voi sisältää sovelluksen paikalliset työtiedot.
- Muut sovellukset eivät voi käyttää widgetin aloita/lopeta-toimintoa.
- Palvelimelle pääsy on rajattu, ja tietokanta sijaitsee EU:ssa.
Mikään järjestelmä ei ole täysin aukoton. Jos havaitsemme tietoturvaloukkauksen, joka todennäköisesti aiheuttaa riskin oikeuksillesi, ilmoitamme siitä tietosuojavaltuutetulle ja tarvittaessa sinulle lain edellyttämällä tavalla.
13Oikeutesi
- Oikeus saada pääsy tietoihin – näet kaikki työtietosi sovelluksessa. Voit myös pyytää kopion palvelimella olevista tiedoistasi sähköpostitse.
- Oikeus tietojen oikaisemiseen – voit muokata työpäiviä, työvaiheita ja työmaita sovelluksessa.
- Oikeus tietojen poistamiseen – voit poistaa tilisi ja kaikki palvelimella olevat tietosi itse (ks. kohta 14).
- Oikeus käsittelyn rajoittamiseen – voit pyytää käsittelyn rajoittamista esimerkiksi silloin, kun kiistät tietojen paikkansapitävyyden.
- Oikeus siirtää tiedot järjestelmästä toiseen – voit viedä tietosi koneluettavana varmuuskopiotiedostona (JSON) sovelluksen asetuksista.
- Vastustamisoikeus – voit vastustaa oikeutettuun etuun perustuvaa käsittelyä henkilökohtaiseen tilanteeseesi liittyvällä perusteella.
- Suostumuksen peruminen – voit perua sijainti- ja ilmoitusluvan puhelimen asetuksista milloin tahansa. Peruminen ei vaikuta aiemman käsittelyn lainmukaisuuteen.
- Oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle – jos katsot, että tietojasi käsitellään lainvastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle: tietosuoja.fi.
Pyynnöt lähetetään sähköpostitse (osoite sivun alalaidassa). Pyyntöjen käsittely on maksutonta.
14Tilin ja tietojen poistaminen
- Sovelluksessa: Asetukset → Tunnus → Poista tili.
- Verkossa: Poista tili -sivulla (kirjaudu käyttäjätunnuksella ja salasanalla).
- Poisto poistaa käyttäjätilin ja kaikki siihen liittyvät tiedot palvelimelta: työpäivät, työvaiheet, työmaat, seurantalokin, istunnot, chat-viestit, ilmoitukset ja estot. Poistettuja tietoja ei säilytetä, paitsi että ne häviävät palveluntarjoajan varmuuskopioista viimeistään 7 päivässä.
- Puhelimessa olevat tiedot säilyvät, kunnes poistat sovelluksen tai tyhjennät sen tiedot. Itse tallentamasi varmuuskopiotiedosto on sinun hallinnassasi.
15Tämä verkkosivusto
Tämä verkkosivusto ei käytä evästeitä, analytiikkaa eikä seurantaa. Sivuston ylläpitäjä Netlify käsittelee teknisesti välttämättömiä tietoja, kuten IP-osoitetta, sivujen toimittamiseksi. Etusivu hakee Supabasesta uusimman sovellusversion numeron, ja tilin poistolomake lähettää käyttäjätunnuksen ja salasanan suoraan tilin palvelimelle (EU, Tukholma) – ne eivät tallennu sivustolle. Fontit ladataan Google Fonts -palvelusta, joka näkee IP-osoitteesi.
16Ikäraja
Hanslari on tarkoitettu 18 vuotta täyttäneille. Emme tietoisesti kerää alaikäisten tietoja. Jos huomaamme, että tilin on luonut alaikäinen, voimme poistaa tilin.
17Muutokset ja versio
Voimme päivittää tätä selostetta, kun sovellus, palveluntarjoajat tai lainsäädäntö muuttuvat. Olennaisista muutoksista kerrotaan sovelluksessa tai tällä sivulla etukäteen. Voimassa oleva versio on aina tällä sivulla.

This notice explains what data the Hanslari app and this website process, why, where and for how long – and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1Controller and contact
The controller is Kuljento (Finland), the developer and publisher of the Hanslari app.
For any privacy question or request (for example access, rectification or erasure), please email the address shown at the bottom of this page. We reply within one month at the latest. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder, so that data is not disclosed to the wrong person.
2Summary
- Hanslari records your working time automatically when you arrive at and leave a job site you have saved.
- Your location is compared with your own sites on the phone. Routes and location history are not recorded or uploaded.
- You can use the app without an account, in which case your data stays on the phone. With an optional account, data is synced to a server in the EU (Stockholm).
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with anyone.
- You can delete your account and all your server data at any time in the app or on the web.
3Data we process
We only process data the app needs to work. The “Where” column shows whether the data stays on your phone or is also stored on the server. Data is stored on the server only if you are signed in with an account.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or national ID number. You can choose your username freely – we recommend not using your full name, as it is shown to other users in the feedback chat.
4Location and automatic tracking
Your movements are not tracked. Location is used on the phone only to find out whether you are at one of your own saved job sites. Routes, continuous location history and your coordinates are not recorded or sent to the server.
How tracking works
- An Android geofence with a radius of 100 metres is placed around each saved site. Geofencing is handled by the phone’s own location service (Google Play services), so GPS is not running all day.
- When the phone reports that you entered an area, the app takes one fresh GPS fix and confirms that you are within 60 metres of the site. Only then does the work day start. When you leave the area, the day ends.
- The comparison is done on the phone. The only results stored are the work day (start, end, site) and, in the tracking log, the distance in metres, the location accuracy and the time – not coordinates.
- The tracking log lets you see afterwards why a day did or did not start. It is kept on the phone for 21 days. If you are signed in, it is synced to the server and kept there for 60 days.
- Saved job sites (name, address, coordinates, hourly rate, distance from home) are synced to the server when you are signed in, so that they move with you to a new phone. Your home address stays on the phone.
Permissions
- The app asks for location and background location (“Allow all the time”) only after you have read an explanation of what the permission is used for. The notification permission is used to ask for the work phase and to show the tracking status.
- You can withdraw these permissions at any time in the phone’s settings. Automatic recording then stops working, but data already recorded is kept and you can edit days manually.
Map and address search
- The in-app map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. The tile servers see your device’s IP address and which map area and zoom level you view, as with any web map.
- When you search for an address, or the app fills in an address from a map position, the lookup uses Android’s built-in geocoding service (Geocoder). On most phones this is provided by Google, so the search text or map position is passed to Google under Google’s terms.

We do not make automated decisions or profile you in a way that has legal or similarly significant effects. The app calculates hours and amounts only as an aid for you.
6Where the data comes from
The data comes from you (for example sites, work phases and chat messages) and from your phone (location, device model). Your IP address is transmitted technically when a network connection is made. We do not obtain data from other sources.
7Recipients and processors
We use a few service providers that process data on our behalf or through which the app works. We do not disclose data to anyone else unless required by law (for example a lawful request from an authority).

8Transfers outside the EU/EEA
- The app’s database is located in the EU (Stockholm), and data is not stored permanently outside the EU.
- Supabase Inc. and Netlify, Inc. are US companies. Where their staff or sub-processors access data from outside the EU (for example for support or maintenance), the transfer is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with any necessary supplementary measures, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it.
- Google may process data outside the EU. Google LLC participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and also uses Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Transfers to the United Kingdom (OpenStreetMap) are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision.

10Feedback chat
- The feedback chat is for signed-in users only. Your messages are visible to all signed-in users together with your username. Do not post your own or anyone else’s personal data in the chat.
- Messages are checked by an automatic word filter before they are posted. Users can report an inappropriate message and block another user’s messages. Three reports hide a message, and hidden messages are deleted after 30 days.
- Kuljento may read chat messages, reports and blocks for moderation and to handle feedback. The rules are in the terms of use.
11App updates
An app installed from Google Play is updated through the Play store. Only the APK version distributed outside Play checks for and downloads new versions itself from Supabase file storage. No personal data is sent in the update check – it is an ordinary web request in which the server technically sees your IP address. The downloaded file is verified by its SHA-256 hash and size before installation.
12Security
- All connections between the app, the website and the server are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
- Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Only a SHA-256 hash of each session token is stored on the server, and sessions expire after 90 days without use.
- Row level security and server-side functions prevent users from seeing each other’s work data.
- Repeated login attempts are limited per username and per IP address. Changing your password signs out your other devices.
- The sign-in token is excluded from phone backups and device-to-device transfers. Note that Android’s own backup (if enabled) may include the app’s local work data.
- Other apps cannot use the widget’s start/stop action.
- Access to the server is restricted, and the database is located in the EU.
No system is completely secure. If we detect a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the Finnish data protection authority and, where required, you, as the law requires.
13Your rights
- Right of access – you can see all your work data in the app. You can also request a copy of your server data by email.
- Right to rectification – you can edit work days, phases and sites in the app.
- Right to erasure – you can delete your account and all your server data yourself (see section 14).
- Right to restriction of processing – you can ask us to restrict processing, for example while you contest the accuracy of the data.
- Right to data portability – you can export your data as a machine-readable backup file (JSON) from the app’s settings.
- Right to object – you can object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Withdrawing consent – you can withdraw the location and notification permissions at any time in the phone’s settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint – if you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto): tietosuoja.fi.

14Deleting your account and data
- In the app: Asetukset (Settings) → Tunnus (Account) → Poista tili (Delete account).
- On the web: the Delete account page (sign in with your username and password).
- Deletion removes the account and all data linked to it from the server: work days, phases, sites, tracking log, sessions, chat messages, reports and blocks. Deleted data is not retained, except that it disappears from the provider’s backups within 7 days at the latest.
- Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data. A backup file you have saved is under your control.
15This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Netlify, which hosts the site, processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to serve the pages. The front page fetches the latest app version number from Supabase, and the account deletion form sends your username and password directly to the account server (EU, Stockholm) – they are not stored by the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
16Age limit
Hanslari is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that an account was created by a minor, we may delete it.
17Changes and version
We may update this notice when the app, our service providers or the law change. Material changes will be announced in advance in the app or on this page. The current version is always on this page. If the Finnish and English versions differ, the Finnish version prevails.
